Bruce with Mom on Sunday Morning Dad and Bruce Sunday morning at the stake center in Rockledge, he will report on his mission to the Stake President and the High Council,
My camera is still having problems moving into an air conditioned building so i get lots of blurry pictures. it usually clears up after a while, but i guess we weren't there long enough before he arrived for my camera to adjust.
Anyway, Here is Bruce returning from London England. He says 2 years went by so fast it seems as if it was only a month or at the most two. He looks so good. We are so excited. we picked him up at 9:45 (his plane was a bit early we barely made it, we only had about 15 or 20 minutes wait). Then we went home and stayed up until 11:30 talking. He loved his mission. He loved England and would like to go back again. He was up again with me at 4:30 when i got up to start dinner in the crock pot. He ironed his shirt for Sunday. I fixed him a hearty breakfast. Then we were off to the Stake Center at 7 am.then home to have dinner at 11 and them to church at 12:15 so he could speak at 1 pm. The other talks didn't show up the lady had to take her child to the emergency room. So the youth speaker spoke and then our sister missionary and Linda Mazzara who has MS, spoke. Then we had a musical number , then 3 little girls sang one was in the nursery and her sister who is about 4 and then another girl who is about 7. Then Bruce spoke and then the Stake President . Who was our bishop a while ago.President J.D. Humpherys. It was very nice. Then we had to leave for the airport. We went in and walked him to security so we could visit a little longer. it was about 3:30 his plane was to leave at 4:50. He arrived in Salt Lake City at 8:50 and Corinna and Matt picked him up at the airport there with their two little boys Vonn (4) and Rainer (17 months) He and Sam had their first day of school today (august 24). We already have tickets for Christmas Break. We are so proud of him.
