Mom made it out to Utah and is enjoying the weather immensely. The first morning she got here she stood out in 12 degree weather for an hour just to get broken computers at the university bid sale. She singlehandedly held back a mob of nerds so Matt could buy the junkiest computers before everyone else. She walks over to my house (this is Corinna typing if you haven't figured it out) in 10 degree weather everyday just for exercise. However, this morning the bus driver stopped and picked her

up. He even offered to drop her off at my doorstep despite the fact that it would alter his route. I think Dad better get out here fast. You know those polygamists. We were out shopping this morning saying what a nice day it was. When we checked the weather it was still only 30 degrees. Hm I guess you acclimate fast. We're accomplishing a lot.

We've hit the case lot sales, went to the cannery, watched "Becoming Jane" (not recommended- we didn't like her boyfriend but preferred her Frankenstein suitor, some nudity, nudity in Jane Austen!! and a couple of bad readings- it's just not right), had a few knitting parties, but yet to have come up with a baby. We also discovered that there is a muskrat (or more) living in our canal or possibly in our root cellar. Check out these tracks!
